charge a deposit?
Yes! 1 Bedroom - $400 deposit, 2 Bedrooms - $500 deposit, 3 Bedrooms - $600 deposit.
- Do you allow grills?
Yes! We do allow most grills at our community. We do not allow charcoal grills.
- What is your pet policy?
We love your furry friends here at Tradition Pointe. We have a 2-pet maximum at our community. There is a $45/month pet fee per pet and a $300 deposit per pet required. There will be a one time fee of $60 for dogs to register with PooPrints.
- What is included with rent?
-Aspen Athletic Club Membership

- What utilities do I pay?
-Gas & Electric through MidAmerican Energy
-Water, Sewer, & Trash billed back by Tradition Pointe
- Do you have elevators?
Yes, both of our buildings at Tradition Pointe offer elevators for residents to use.
- Can Tradition Pointe residents reserve the clubhouse at Woodland Reserve?
Yes, you are welcome to book the Woodland Reserve clubhouse for private events! It is $90 for a full day rental + a $250 refundable deposit.
- Are there parking options available for residents at Tradition Pointe?
We offer free parking for each unit as well as free surface lot parking.
