Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
No.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
You can request a specific apartment and apartments can be held for a fee.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
There is a security deposit and it is refundable.
Do you accept section 8 vouchers?
Yes, as long as an applicant provides their blue packet and is approved through their caseworker.
Are utilities included?
Internet is included, all other utilities are not.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Leases can be assigned to new residents. We do not allow apartments to be listed on AirBnB or VRBO.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
What are the hours of the fitness center?
No on-site fitness center. Membership with Aspen Gym
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
10am-9pm daily (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
What are the hours for the business center?
No business center
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
Laundry is all in-unit
Is there emergency maintenance?
Yes, emergency maintenance is available after hours.
Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Yes.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, internet is included. The resident just needs to bring a router.
Are BBQ grills available?
No, but they are allowed for residents to bring their own. Electric or gas - no charcoal.
Are concierge services available?
No.
Do you offer valet trash services and/or recycling.
No.
Is there an area I can rent out for gatherings?
Yes, the clubhouse can be rented out for a fee with 24/7 access.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Packages are left at residents doors or at the front, near the mailboxes.
What is the smoking policy?
No smoking in the apartments.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
We allow pets and have a pet wash station at our leasing office. 2 pet limit on apartments. Dogs over 35 lbs. are restricted to ground floor apartments.
What is the parking situation?
Each apartment comes with a garage stall included. Additional stalls are available at $80/month. The parking lot is first come, first serve.
What schools are in the area?
The property is located in the Ankeny Public School District.
How far is it to the nearest airport or trainstation?
The Des Moines International Airport is around 20 miles away.
Are you near any transportation routes?
DART bus stops are nearby.
How walkable/bikeable is the community?
The apartment complex is within one mile of gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. The Ankeny District is within a few miles.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
All units have tub/shower combo.
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
The kitchen has a stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.
Do the kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?
Yes. ADA units do not.
Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?
Yes, all units have free, provided washers and dryers.
Do you have ADA units?
Yes, we do have ADA unit floorplans available.
Are the apartments furnished?
No, but we can coordinate for furniture rental with an outside company.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes.
When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?
The apartments were built between 2006 and 2014. There have been no major renovations.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Carpet, tile, and LVP wood look flooring.
